An entrance in 20s after teenage, it is obvious that you can face stressful phases like first day at college, your introduction, college assignments, unpredictable work schedules, and last, but not the least that happens probably with everyone - disturbing relationships. "





A step into 20s is like a kid's soul in an adult's body.  So, everyone needs to do some meditation or workout so as to make themselves energetic and passionate to deal with all this stuff throughout the day. In this blog, I am going to share some formulas to tackle with these daily routine problems. Come with me and lets's have a look:

1. Small Workouts
To cope with this daily stress, you may opt for smoking, candies, chocolates, but the ideal and best antidote is a small workout or an exercise. You just need to make out half an hour whether it's a walk, brisk walk, jogging, running, yoga or anything. Do make it for yourself and your mental, physical health.

2. Opt for Healthy Foods
We do opt for junk and fast food when we are stressed. As it is a saying we normal people opt for fatty food instead of a workout when we feel low. So, better to avoid all this stuff, and make a choice for some healthy fruit or juice.

3. Stay Hydrated
Do you know? Even a minor dehydration in your body can lead to mental illness or fatigue. So, stay hydrated by drinking water and other decaffeinated drinks after every two hours in a day.

4. Sleep - The Ultimate Body Recharge
It is a fact that sleep is a universal aspect. A sound sleep of seven to eight hours is a must for body recharge and lower down your mental, physical stress. Do keep aside your cellphone and read some novel or a book in case you are facing some trouble while falling asleep.


5. Find Time For Pleasure
The best time is the time that you give yourself. Do give yourself at least five minutes in the midst of daily routine. Be it in the form of some music, a cup of hot chocolate, or it could be anything whatever you like.
